Shipping policy

Given the seasonal nature of our business, all orders are delivered/shipped between May 20 to June 10 each year.

Local Delivery

We personally hand deliver orders to customers in London Ontario for $10 flat rate.

Southern Ontario Delivery

We personally hand deliver orders to customers in most areas within a 2-hour radius of London Ontario. Pricing is $20-$50 quoted at checkout. If this option is selected for customers outside of the shipping radius, located in downtown Toronto, or deemed too far from our normal routes despite being within a 2 hour radius, we will ship via Canada-Wide Shipping instead.

Canada-Wide Shipping (Small plants 7 gallon or less)

We carefully box and ship smaller plants anywhere in Canada using trusted third-party carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, and Intelcom. Shipping costs vary and are calculated at checkout. Please note, while we take great care to package plants securely, customers who choose this shipping option do so at their own risk and agree to accept plants as-is upon arrival.

Canada-Wide Freight Shipping (Plants larger than 7 gallon)

We ship larger plants to most locations in Canada via Day & Ross LTL freight. Please contact us for a custom quote. Please note, although we do out best to package plants to the best of our ability, customers select this option at their own risk and agree to accept plants as-is.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping. 

Banana Plant Shipping

Please note, banana plants have special shipping considerations. Due to the large delicate foliage, most or all leaves will be removed prior to shipping. We will provide a plant with a healthy corm and stem. Don't worry, banana plants grow quickly and will begin shooting new leaves once planted.
